How to make pumpkin baked rice

1. Sauté the onions and pumpkin in a pan until fragrant.Season with Italian assorted herbs and black pepper and stir-fry until the pumpkin is cooked and mashed.

2.Saute other ingredients in another pan and add black pepper and salt

3.Stir in the rice and stir evenly

4.Put into a baking bowl

5.Put the cheese in the oven at 180 degrees 7- 8 minutes
