Ingredients
Bitter melon ( Two ) | Dry Chili pepper ( Ten ) |
Green pepper ( Twenty pieces ) | Ginger ( One piece ) |
Garlic (four cloves) | Green onions (a section) |
Rapeseed oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) div> |
How to stir-fry bitter melon

1.The ingredients are as shown below

2. Wash the bitter melon, remove the flesh and cut into small strips.

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for twenty minutes.(Put a little more salt)

4.Peel the garlic, smash and chop.

5.Wash the green onions and cut into small sections

6.Wash, break and chop the ginger

7.Wash the dried chilies and cut into small pieces

8.Plate all ingredients Reserve

9.Bitter melon becomes soft and water comes out

10.Wash with clean water, then squeeze dry and set aside.

11.Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil into the hot pot

12.Pour the oil into the bitter melon

13.Stir-dry bitter melon with water

14.Pour in all ingredients

15. Stir-fry the ingredients until fragrant

16.Add a little chicken essence

17. Stir fry evenly

18. Remove from pot and plate
