How to make spicy and sour shredded lotus root

1.Peel and wash the lotus root, cut into shreds, wash off the surface starch, drain and set aside

2.Prepare onion, ginger and chili

3.Bring the water to a boil, add salt and oil

4. Add the lotus root, mix well and bring to a boil , cook until raw, remove and set aside

5.Heat the oil again and add the green onions.Stir-fry ginger and chili pepper with salt to create a spicy flavor

6.Add lotus root and stir-fry Evenly

7.Add balsamic vinegar and stir evenly
9. Serve and eat immediately

Tips
Blank the shredded lotus roots and then stir-fry them.They will not turn black easily and will cook evenly.
