Ingredients
Chives ( about half a catty ) | Onion ( Half ) |
Thick chili noodles ( Three tablespoons ) | Fish sauce ( Two teas spoon ) |
White sugar ( a spoon ) | Minced garlic ( Two tablespoons ) |
Grated ginger ( One teaspoon ) | Sesame (appropriate amount) |

1.Prepare materials.

1.For those who don’t like fish sauce, please use salt instead.This is the authentic way, but after all, everyone’s tastes are different.Again, it’s up to you to decide on your own food.
2.Mix the ingredients well and leave it at room temperature for about two hours to add more flavor and dilute the spiciness of leeks.It can also reduce a lot of the smell of garlic.
3.Raw leeks are the same as other raw leafy vegetables.Many of the ones bought in the market contain pesticide residues.Soak them in rice washing water for about half an hour before eating, and rinse them with clean water several times before eating.
