Ingredients
Wakame (300g) | Millet pepper ( 2 pcs span> ) |
Minced garlic ( appropriate amount ) | White sugar ( 2g ) |
MSG( 1g ) | Light soy sauce ( 5g ) |
Oil and vinegar sauce ( 10g ) |
How to make cold wakame

1. Rinse the salt from the wakame repeatedly and use Soak the wakame in cold boiled water for about 5 minutes to remove excess salt and squeeze out the water.

2.Use kitchen scissors to cut the wakame into short lengths for easy consumption.Then add minced garlic.

3. Add crushed millet and pepper.

4.Put in appropriate amount of sugar.

5. Add light soy sauce and oil and vinegar sauce.

6.Put in a little MSG.

7. Stir evenly.

8.Finished product.
Tips
1.Soak wakame for about 5 minutes.Soaking for too long will affect the taste.
2.Wakame has its own salt, so there is no need to add salt.
