Ingredients
Rape ( 400g ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 6 ) |
Chopped green onion ( a little ) | Minced garlic ( A little ) |

How to stir-fry rapeseed with mushrooms

1.Wash the rapeseed, drain and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped green onion and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Add mushrooms and rapeseed and stir-fry over high heat.

4. Stir-fry the rapeseed until raw, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar.

5. Stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed.

6.Finished product.
Tips
1.Stir-fry the rapeseed until it is cooked through, then add salt to taste.
2.White sugar can add freshness and seasoning without adding MSG.
