Oyster sauce ( l spoon ) | Balamic vinegar ( 1 spoon ) |
Very fresh soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Chili oil ( 4 spoons ) |
Sesame oil ( l spoon ) | Cooked sesame seeds ( a little ) |
Millet pepper ( 2 pieces ) |
How to make cold enoki mushrooms

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Wash and cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, and then separate them one by one.

3.Put it into a steamer and steam it for 2 minutes.

4.After steaming, cool it with cold boiled water and drain the water.

5. Cut the chives, coriander, and millet pepper into sections, and mince the garlic.

6.Peel cucumbers and carrots into strips with a paring knife.

7. Mix the sauce: add 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, and 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar , 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, a little salt, 2 tablespoons of very fresh soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of scallion oil, 4 tablespoons of chili oil, add millet pepper segments, minced garlic, and cooked sesame seeds and stir evenly.

8.First marinate the carrots in the sauce for a while to absorb the flavor.

9. Then add the cucumber and enoki mushrooms.

10. Pour the sauce evenly on the enoki mushrooms and mix well.
Tips
Slightly steaming the enoki mushrooms tastes better than blanching them.
