Ingredients
Luffa (1 piece) | Chives ( 5g span> ) |
Minced garlic ( 15g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
White vinegar (appropriate amount) | Edible oil (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Red pepper ( 15g ) |
How to make cold loofah

1.Peel and wash the loofah and cut into small strips, set aside

2.Wash the red pepper, remove the stems and seeds and cut into small strips for later use

3. Wash the chives and cut them into sections, loosen the garlic, peel it and cut it into small pieces

4.Put it into a saucepan

5.Heat oil in a pan until it is 80% hot

Tips
Don’t overcook the loofah when blanching it, just boil it until raw.You can save the soup water to make soup or pasta, which is great!
