Ingredients
Lotus root ( Two sections ) | Pork ( 120g ) |
Celery ( 80g ) | Cooking wine ( a spoonful ) |
Light soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Starch (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) | White vinegar (appropriate amount) |
Recipe for stir-fried pork slices with lotus root

1.Wash the pork, cut into thin slices and put into a bowl
2.Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, and oil

3.Stir evenly and marinate for fifteen minutes

4.Peel and slice the lotus root, wash off the starch

5. Remove the roots of celery, pick off the leaves, wash and cut into sections

6. Prepare half a bowl of starch water (starch + light soy sauce + water and mix well)

7. Boil water in a pot, add white vinegar to the water, add lotus root to the water, take out and drain the water

13.Pour in starch water

Tips
You can add a little white vinegar when boiling lotus roots.Prevent discoloration.
