Ingredients
Fried dough sticks ( 2 pcs ) | Cucumber ( 2 pcs ) |
Garlic ( 6 heads ) | Umami soy sauce ( 2 teaspoons ) |
Sesame paste ( 3 tablespoons ) | Aged vinegar ( 1 teaspoon ) |
Chicken essence ( A little ) | Cool boiled water ( An appropriate amount ) |
Recipe of sesame sauce and cucumber mixed with fried dough sticks

1. Prepare ingredients: cucumber, fried dough sticks, garlic.

2. Soak the cucumbers in salt water and clean them.

3. Flatten the washed cucumber with a knife and cut it into small pieces.

4.Remove the skin of the garlic and put it into a garlic pounding container.

5.Start pounding garlic.

6.Mash into minced garlic and set aside.

7. Dilute the sesame paste with cold boiled water and set aside.

8. Prepare seasonings: umami soy sauce, mature vinegar, chicken essence, sesame paste
