Fresh loofah ( 1 root ) | Green pepper ( 100g ) |
Red pepper ( 1 piece ) | Ginger slices ( 5 grams ) |
Rapeseed oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |
How to stir-fry loofah with green pepper

1.Prepare the main ingredients

2.Luffa Brush clean, cut off both ends, and then cut into small pieces

3. Wash and remove the stems of green peppers , cut into small pieces and set aside

4. Wash the red pepper, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into pieces.Wash and slice the ginger and set aside

5.Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant p>

8.Add loofah and stir-fry evenly until the juice is released

Tips
Do not add water during the whole frying process.Dry frying is more fragrant and the loofah is delicious and juicy.
