Seasonal fresh green pepper ( 400g ) | Minced garlic ( 40g ) |
White sesame seeds ( 15g ) | Rapeseed oil ( appropriate amount span> ) |
Red pepper powder ( a little ) div> |
How to stir-fry garlic and green pepper

1.Pick fresh green peppers in season and remove the stems

2.Wash and drain the water

3.Prepare minced garlic and white sesame seeds

4.Get ready Minced red pepper

5. Heat the pot until it is 80% hot, add the green pepper and stir-fry

6. Stir-fry and press until the skin is brown

7.Add salt, break it up with a spatula, and stir-fry until flavourful

8. Remove the bottom of the pot and add minced garlic, white sesame seeds and rapeseed oil

9.Saute until fragrant and stir-fry with green pepper until thoroughly seasoned

10.If you like to eat them in pieces, use a spatula to break them up and stir-fry evenly
