Ingredients
Lotus root (1 save 300g) | Tomato paste ( 30g ) |

Starch water ( a little ) | Chopped green onion ( a little ) |
How to make eggplant and lotus root

1.Peel and wash the lotus root, cut into thin slices, soak in salt water and set aside

2.Prepare the minced onion and ginger

3. Drain the salt water from the lotus root and rinse it again.Drain and set aside

4.Put oil into the pot and add minced ginger
