Ingredients
Shiitake mushrooms ( 9 ) | Cumin powder ( a little span> ) |
Oil ( a little ) | Five-spice powder ( a little ) |
Black pepper ( a little ) | Salt ( a little ) |
How to roast cumin mushrooms

1.Remove the stems of the mushrooms, clean them and then drain them or use paper towels to dry the surface moisture

2.Use a knife to cut the surface of the mushrooms into flowers

3. Apply another layer of vegetable oil
