Tea tree mushroom: replenishing qi
Ingredients
Tea tree mushroom ( 2 boxes ) | Green pepper ( one span> ) |
Dried chili pepper ( three ) | Red bean paste ( 1 spoon ) |
Garlic ( 3 cloves ) | Ginger (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( a spoonful ) | Chicken essence ( a spoonful ) |
How to make spicy tea tree mushrooms

1.Clean the tea tree mushrooms, cut off the roots, and remove the larger ones.People tear it from the middle as shown in the picture

2.Put the washed tea tree mushrooms into a pot and blanch them Water, remember to add salt, it can remove the earthy smell of tea tree mushrooms! (Just boil until the water boils)

3.Pick up the tea tree mushroom and run it through cold water , squeeze out excess water!

4.Cut the garlic, ginger, dried chili peppers, and green peppers and set aside!

5. Heat the pot and add rapeseed oil.First stir-fry the onion, ginger, dried chili until fragrant., add another spoonful of red bean paste!
