Enoki mushroom: low protein
Ingredients
Enoki mushrooms ( 200g ) | Spicy millet ( 5 roots ) |
Chives ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( 6 cloves ) |
Fuel consumption ( 1-2 scoops ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make garlic mushrooms

1. Prepare ingredients.

2.1-2 tablespoons of oil + one tablespoon of sugar + appropriate amount of salt
