Sauerkraut ( 300g ) | Salt ( a small spoon ) |
Raw Smoke ( Two small spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( One small spoon ) |
Garlic ( Three cloves ) | chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |
Thirteen Incense ( a small spoon ) | Chicken essence ( a small spoon ) |
How to make pickled vegetable powder

1.Chop green onions into small pieces and set aside

2.Garlic slices

3. Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and cook until mature

4. Remove and let cool

5. Add a small spoonful of dark soy sauce

6. Stir the vermicelli evenly

7.Wash the sauerkraut twice
8.Pinch the water from the pickled cabbage

9. Heat the pot , add cooking oil, sauté chopped green onion and minced garlic, thirteen spices

10.Put in Stir-fry the pickled cabbage for five minutes

11.Add the blanched vermicelli

12.Stir fry evenly

13.Put in half a bowl of water

14.Add a small spoonful Salt and chicken essence

Tips
Wash the sauerkraut twice, squeeze out the water, and fry the sauerkraut for a while, it will taste delicious
