How to make spicy fried gourds

1. Prepare ingredients: gourd strips, green pepper shreds (add some red pepper pieces for a better color) , onions, garlic, dried chili peppers.

2. After heating the pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, then add onions, garlic, and dried chili peppers, and stir-fry Fry until fragrant.
