Tomato ( 1 ) | Tofu( 1 piece ) | |
Enoki mushrooms ( 1 box ) | Onions ( appropriate amount ) | |

Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) | div> |
Recipe for tomato and enoki mushroom tofu stew

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Dice the tomatoes, cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the green onions into sections, and beat the eggs into liquid , clean the enoki mushrooms.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add green onions and saute until fragrant.

4. Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out.

5.Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.

1.Join Don’t stew enoki mushrooms for too long.If the time is too long, they will lose their crisp and tender texture and become seriously stuffed.
2.After peeling the tomatoes, it is easier to stir-fry and produce juice.(I didn’t peel the ones I made today, so the skin tasted a bit hard)
3.You can also add ham sausage, which children prefer to eat.
