How to cook eggplant with onions

1.Wash and shred the onions

2.Wash and mince coriander

3.Peel the eggplant, wash and cut into strips

4.Chopped green onion, Ginger slices, heat oil in a pot

5.Add eggplant and stir-fry for three minutes

6.Add onions, stir-fry for five minutes, add salt and soy sauce
