Bitter melon: enhance immunity, antioxidant, anti-cancer and prevent cancer
Ingredients
Bitter melon ( One ) | Corn oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Garlic cloves ( Appropriate amount ) | Homemade chopped chili ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce ( Moderate amount ) |
How to stir-fry bitter melon

1.Wash and slice the bitter melon into slices and remove the seeds

2.Put oil in the pan, add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant

3.Put in the bitter melon

4. Stir-fry over high heat
5.Add appropriate amount of salt
6.Saute for a few times until raw, add chopped pepper (you can omit it if you don’t like it, or green pepper can be used)

7. Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, stir-fry and remove from the pan.
Tips
Bitter melon is stir-fried over high heat.If it is overcooked and stir-fried for too long, it will become crispy.
