Ingredients
Dried soybeans ( 100g ) | Fragrant leaves ( 2-3 pieces ) |

1.Add water to the soybeans one night in advance, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to soak.

2. Wash the soaked soybeans, add bay leaves, star anise, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce , oyster sauce, salt, sugar and appropriate amount of water in the pot (the water just covers the beans).

3. After the fire is boiled, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

4. While the beans are cooking, prepare other ingredients: green beans, spicy millet, garlic.

5. Cut spicy millet into small circles, peel and cut garlic into slices, and cut green pepper into pieces.A small ding of about 1.5 cm.

6.After the soybeans are cooked, remove the bay leaves and star anise and throw them away.

7. Observe the water in the pot.When it is almost dry, add spicy millet and green pepper., garlic slices and put into the pot together.

8. After frying until fragrant, turn off the heat, pour in a little peppercorn oil and mix well.

9. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
Tips
1.Soybeans need to be soaked in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to cook them until soft.
