Ingredients
Green beans ( 80g ) | Mushrooms ( 100g ) |
Ham sausage ( 1 piece ) | Garlic ( 1 clove ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry green beans and mushrooms

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.

2. Boil the green beans for 5-8 minutes, drain and set aside.

3. Cut the mushrooms and ham into small pieces and slice the garlic.

4. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

5. Add the garlic slices and stir-fry for 5 seconds.

6.Add mushrooms and stir-fry over low heat for 3 minutes.

7.Add green beans and ham and stir-fry for 1 minute.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry for 10 seconds and turn off the heat.

9.Easy to do!
