Steamed Sophora japonica Method

1. Sophora japonica flowers should be picked in buds now.It’s best

2.Put in clean water, add soda ash and soak for ten minutes

3.Wash and control dry water

4.Put two bowls of dry flour into a large basin and mix vigorously until every sophora flower is coated in flour
