Ingredients
Shiitake mushrooms ( 80g ) | Yam ( 80g ) |
Lettuce ( 80g ) | Starch ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make braised yam with mushrooms

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.

2. Cut the mushrooms, yams, and lettuce into thin slices.

3. Take a bowl, add less than half a bowl of water, 1 spoon of starch, appropriate amount of chicken essence, mix well and set aside.

4. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.
