Salt ( 3.5g ) | Light soy sauce ( 5g ) |
Chicken powder ( 2g ) | White vinegar ( 12g ) |
White sugar ( 2g ) | Green onion white ( 8g ) |
How to make vinegar-coated potato shreds

1. Peel and wash potatoes, wash and remove red peppers, and wash green onions.

2.Grate potatoes with tools or cut them into shreds with a knife.

3.Put it into a large bowl and wash it 2-3 times until the water is clear.

4. Drain the shredded potatoes and prepare all raw and auxiliary materials.

5. Heat the oil in the pot and add the white shredded green onions.

6. After the onions are fragrant, add shredded potatoes and stir-fry.

7. Stir-fry the shredded potatoes until shredded and add shredded red pepper.

8. Stir well and add salt and sugar.

9. Stir well and add white vinegar.

10. Add chicken powder and light soy sauce when stir-fry until almost cooked.

Tips
1.Wash the potato shreds several times until the water is clear.This is to wash out the starch in the potatoes, and the fried potato shreds will be crisper.
2.If you like spicy food, you can add some spicier chili peppers.The red chili peppers I used are not spicy.
