Baby cabbage: Shengjin
Ingredients
Baby cabbage (1 piece) | Longkou vermicelli ( 1 piece ) |
Onions ( 1 root ) | Garlic ( Half ) |
Hot peppers ( 2 pieces ) | Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Steam Fish soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
How to steam baby cabbage with garlic vermicelli

1.Fans soak in cold water for 20 minutes Set aside

2.Wash the baby cabbage and cut it into four portions and serve on a plate

3.Prepare auxiliary ingredients, wash onions, garlic and peppers

4.Cut the green onions into chopped green onions, and chop the rest as shown below
