Green beans ( 150g ) | Bean sprouts ( 60g ) |
Pork belly ( 100 grams ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make sprouts and green beans

1. Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.

2. Slice the garlic, cut the pork belly into small pieces, and remove the tendons of the green beans and cut them into small pieces.

3. First heat the pan and pour a small amount of oil to stir-fry the green beans until they are cooked.Focus, then drain and set aside.

4. Pour oil into a hot pan and heat until 80% hot.

5. Add pork belly and stir-fry until golden brown.

6. Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

7. Add the garlic slices and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

8. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 20 seconds.

9. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 20 seconds.

10. Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry for 10 seconds before serving.
