How to make green pepper and dried beans

1.Prepare green pepper shreds

2.Prepare tofu strips

3.Ginger, garlic

4. Heat oil in a pan

5. Add salt

6.Add minced ginger and garlic

7.Add green pepper

8. Stir-fry and add dried tofu

9. Stir fry in the pot

10.Put in Doubanjiang

11.Add salt again according to taste

12.Stir fry until cooked
