Raw Smoke ( 2 scoops ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 scoop ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | White sugar ( half a spoon ) |
Salt ( half spoon ) | Doubanjiang ( 1 spoon ) |
Dried chili pepper ( 2 pcs ) | Garlic ( 4 pcs ) |
How to braise radish

1. First make a braised sauce: 2 spoons of light soy sauce + 1 spoon of dark soy sauce + 1 spoon of oyster sauce + + half a spoonful of salt + half a spoonful of sugar, add half a bowl of water and mix thoroughly and set aside.
