Enoki mushroom: low protein
Ingredients
Enoki mushrooms (a handful) | Dried tofu ( 1 piece span> ) |
Green onion ( One ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Starch ( A little ) | Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
Oil ( a little ) | Barbeque sauce ( a little ) |
White sesame seeds ( a little ) |
How to grill enoki mushrooms

1. Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms Soak the starch in warm water (adding starch can remove the sand)

2. Boil some water and blanch Enoki mushrooms

3. Remove the enoki mushrooms, wash them, drain the water, and cut the dry tofu into strips for later use.

4.Cut some chopped green onion

5. Use dry tofu to control the dryness of enoki mushrooms (one roll at a time) and fix it with toothpicks
6.Take an empty bowl, pour half a bowl of water, add soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce and starch, mix well and set aside
7. Pour a little oil into a pan and bring it to a boil.Put the rolled enoki mushrooms in the pan and fry them (fry until you like the taste, my wife likes them chewy)

8.Fry and pour in barbecue sauce

9.Pour in the prepared juice and cook until the chopped green onions and white sesame seeds are opened
