How to make spicy and sour lotus root slices

1.Wash the vegetables

2. Slice the lotus root, cut the celery with a diagonal knife, smash the garlic, peel and dice, and break the dried pepper into sections

3. Blanch the lotus root slices for one minute (remove excess starch and reduce cooking time), remove and set aside.
