How to make vinegar-filled fungus and cabbage

1.Cut the garlic and red pepper and set aside

2.Wash the cabbage, cut the carrots and set aside

3.Soak the fungus, wash and set aside

4. Heat the oil in a pan, add half the amount of garlic and red pepper and saute until fragrant
