How to make pan-fried taro cake

1.Peel and cut the taro in half

2.Cut into shreds, you can also use a rag to grate

3.Put a little salt, water, rice flour or starch

4. Dice Chinese sausage and dried shrimp

5. Stir Evenly

6.Place it on a plate and be sure to compact it

7. Steam for 20 minutes
