Ingredients
Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum ( About a pound ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( Five (can be added or subtracted according to preference) ) |

Salt ( A little span> ) | Ginger powder ( a little ) |
Garlic ( four or five cloves ) | Sesame oil ( A few drops ) |

1.Wash the chrysanthemum and set aside

2.Shiitake mushrooms Wash and cut into slices

3.Cut the garlic and ginger and set aside

4.Shitake mushrooms need to be blanched in water before frying
