Ingredients
Konjak ( 150g ) | Potatoes ( 1 piece (about 60 grams) ) |
Oil ( 60g ) | Salt ( 5g ) |
Light soy sauce ( 15g ) | Cooking wine ( 10g ) |
Green chili pepper ( 0.5 pieces ) | Red pepper ( 0.5 pieces ) |
Onions ( 5g ) | Ginger ( 5g ) |
Garlic ( 2 capsules ) |
How to make konjac potatoes

1. Rinse the finished konjac flour cubes with water to control the water, wash and cut the potatoes into small pieces for later use

2.Cut green onions into small sections, slice garlic into slices, shred ginger into shreds, and cut green and red peppers into small sections and put them together for later use

3. Heat a pan with cold oil, add onions, ginger, garlic, green and red peppers and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Add konjac cubes and potato chunks and stir-fry evenly

5.Add light soy sauce cooking wine and stir-fry

6. Add about 150 grams of water and bring to a boil over high heat.Cook over high heat for about 6 to 8 minutes

7.Add salt to taste and serve
