Zucchini: low in protein
Ingredients
Zucchini (1 piece) | Chopped pepper (a small spoonful ) |
Green onions ( a little ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Ginger ( 2 pieces ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Chicken essence ( A little ) |
How to stir-fry zucchini with chopped pepper

1. Slice zucchini, chop green onions, and slice ginger.

2. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped peppers, green onions and ginger slices.

3.Chop pepper, onion and ginger until fragrant.

4.Add zucchini slices.

5.Saute until the zucchini slices become soft, add a little salt.

6.Add a little water and boil.

7.Add chicken essence.

8. Remove from the pan and put on a plate.
Tips
I usually add a little water to boil zucchini for a while.It doesn't have the taste of raw melon and is more delicious.
