How to make garlic tempeh and wheat vegetables

The tempeh I bought was in the tempeh fish.My tempeh was a bit short, and I added some salt to the tempeh.If you have black soybean at home, just add enough and you don’t need to add salt.Black soybean is salty enough.Be sure to add more minced garlic when frying lettuce.Don't use vegetables that are too old when frying lettuce, and don't fry them for too long, otherwise they will become too old to bite.Just stir-fry the vegetables a few times after they become soft.The green vegetables stir-fried with the spoon will really taste better, instead of just stir-frying them a few times after they are soft.The ones fried according to my method are emerald green and do not change color.
