Ingredients
Baby cabbage ( 1 ) | Dried mung bean vermicelli ( 30g ) |
Minced garlic ( 20g ) | Salad oil ( 20g ) |
Steamed Fish Soy Sauce ( 6g ) | Salt ( 3 grams ) |
Chicken essence ( 4g ) | Green chili powder ( 5g ) |
Minced red pepper ( 5 grams ) | Stock ( 15g ) |
How to make garlic vermicelli and baby cabbage

1. The baby cabbage has been steamed with a knife for 3 minutes, take it out and set aside.
