Huaishan ( 120g ) | Dried fungus ( 25g ) |
Oil ( 30ml ) | Salt ( 10g ) |
Red pepper ( half ) | Garlic ( Two grains ) |
How to make Huaishan fried fungus

1. Peel the yam and cut into 1x3cm rectangular or diamond-shaped slices (I didn’t cut it well myself)
2. Wash and tear the fungus into small pieces by hand
3.Cut half a red pepper into small pieces and cut garlic into small pieces for later use

4. Heat the cold oil in a hot pot, add the yam and stir-fry until it is six times cooked, then add the fungus and stir-fry

5.Stir-fry until cooked, add red pepper cubes, then add salt and stir-fry evenly

6.After frying, a healthy Huaishan fried fungus is a success.Huaishan nourishes qi and strengthens the spleen.The fungus can cleanse harmful impurities in the body.Eat this dish often for health and longevity
