How to make lotus root slices

1.Peel, wash and slice the lotus root

2.Dice red and green peppers, cut green onions into sections, and slice garlic
3.Sauce: sugar, balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce, light soy sauce, salt
4. Heat 50% of the oil, add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant (scallions and green onions are also acceptable)
5. Stir-fry the lotus root slices and add the sauce
