Enoki mushrooms ( 150g ) | Flour ( 150 grams ) |
Eggs ( 3 pieces ) | Salt ( 10 grams ) |
Cumin powder ( 20g ) | Oil ( 300ml ) |
How to fry enoki mushrooms

1.Wash the enoki mushrooms and tear them into thin strips with your hands

2.Add cumin powder and salt to the egg liquid, mix well and set aside
