Salt, oil (appropriate amount of each) | Chicken Powder, white sugar (appropriate amount of each) |

Sweet Potato and Mushroom Stew How to make

1.Wash and cut sweet potatoes into cubes p>

2.Wash the mushrooms and cut them into pieces

3. Bring water to a boil, add mushrooms, pour in cooking wine and cook for three minutes, remove and drain, set aside.

4. Heat the pan with oil, add the sweet potatoes and stir-fry over high heat.

5.Pour in the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of water and stir-fry for 1 minute.

6.Add salt, chicken powder and sugar over medium heat and stir well.

7.Pour in the water starch and stir well.
