Broccoli stir-fry How to make mushrooms

1.Get everything ready Ingredients.

2.Remove the roots of the mushrooms and wash them.

3. Blanch for 2 minutes.

4. Blanch the broccoli for 1 minute.

5. Remove and cool and drain.

6. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, add red pepper and stir-fry.

7.Add mushrooms.

Tips
