Pleurotus eryngii ( 2 ) | Onions ( 2-3 roots ) |
Garlic ( 2 cloves ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | White vinegar ( 1 spoon ) |
Cumin powder ( 1 spoon ) | Chili powder ( 1 spoon ) |
White sugar ( 1 spoon ) | Salt ( a little ) |
How to make cold Pleurotus eryngii

1.Clean the king oyster mushrooms, steam them over high heat, take them out, and tear them into strips when cool and set aside.

2.Add onion, garlic, chili powder, and cumin to the bowl, and drizzle with hot oil.Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 1 and a half tablespoons of white vinegar, and a little salt, stir to dissolve and then pour into the king oyster mushrooms.
