Ingredients
Green beans (appropriate amount) | Bean sprouts (appropriate amount span> ) |
Dried chili pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic (appropriate amount) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | MSG ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry green beans

1. Remove the tendons from the green beans, wash them and set aside.

2.Appropriate amount of bean sprouts, cut dried chili into sections, and dice garlic and ginger for later use.

3. Put green beans in a clean, oil-free pot over medium-low heat and stir-fry.

4. Stir-fry until the green beans are cooked and when the skin becomes wrinkled, add the pepper segments.

5. After the peppers are fragrant, add garlic and ginger and appropriate amount of oil.

6. Stir-fry evenly, add bean sprouts and stir-fry for a while, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG.

7. Stir-fry until fragrant, remove from pot and plate.
Tips
Personally, I think the drier and wrinkled it is, the better it tastes.
