How to make cold cabbage

1.Choose a cabbage heart or baby cabbage.

2.Select the cabbage leaves, cut into thin strips and serve on a plate.

3. Sprinkle salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sugar and green onion slices evenly on the cabbage, add appropriate amount of vinegar and light soy sauce.

4. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot and heat it, add the pepper segments, and the pepper seeds will turn brown.

5. Pour the hot chili oil directly onto the cabbage.

6. Sprinkle with coriander and garnish, mix well and serve.
