Northern Tofu (2 pieces, about 300 grams ) | Barbecue spices ( 20g ) |
Cumin powder ( 10g ) | chopped green onion ( appropriate amount span> ) |

1.Rinse the tofu and drain
2.Use a flat knife to divide the tofu into two pieces
3.Use a cross knife and divide into eight small pieces

4.Prepare chopped green onions

5.Prepare barbecue spices

Tips
