Potatoes: harmonize the stomach
Ingredients
Potatoes ( 150g ) | Green peppers ( 50g ) |
Millet pepper ( 5g ) | Onions ( 5g ) |
Garlic ( 5g ) | Salt ( 4g ) |
White vinegar ( 10g ) | Chicken Essence ( 5g ) |
How to make green pepper and potato shreds

1.Prepare ingredients, potatoes, green peppers, millet peppers, onions, ginger and garlic

2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices first, and put them together regularly for easy shredding
3. Soak the cut potato shreds in water for 10 minutes to hydrolyze some of the starch
4.Cook the shredded potatoes in hot water, drain them after cooling and set aside

5.Heat oil, sauté onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add green pepper, millet pepper and stir-fry until raw

6.Add in the shredded potatoes, stir-fry several times, add white vinegar and salt, and remove from the pot
