Pork belly: moisturizing
Ingredients
Sweet potato vermicelli (300g) | Pork belly ( 50g span> ) |
Green pepper ( 2 roots ) | Millet pepper ( 2 roots ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |
Oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Onions (appropriate amount) | Ginger slices ( appropriate amount ) |
How to stir-fry vermicelli with soybean sprouts

1.Peel the pork belly, slice into slices and set aside.

2. Wash the green and red peppers, slice them and set aside.

3. Wash the soybean sprouts and set aside.

4. Soak the sweet potato vermicelli in cold water until soft and set aside.

5. Bring water to a boil, add soybean sprouts, blanch until raw, remove and control water spare.
